Help with journal entry.

I am trying to enter a SF chronicle sheet into HLO and I cannot figure out how to add reputation from two factions to one journal entry.
 
Do the first faction.
Then, clear out the values, add the 'reputation only' and change the faction. Then click add.

It doesn't support a 3rd faction.

Though this is the right way to do it, I submitted a bug report on it because the calculation at the top of the journal page which indicates your all faction reputation tier is not accurately calculated when doing this method.

I tried doing it like you said but it doesn't work right. It seems if I remember correctly it worked that way at one time.
