Help with custom ability

I am trying to add a new class Custom ability Skirmishing Attack to the Slayer's Slayer's Talents table

I have checked the check box in available to class

Not Primary Tritary
ability classifaction EX

What have I missed?
 
Looking at the Slayer class, it looks like the Slayer Talents are the primary abilities, not the Tertiary abilities, so leave "Not Primary Abilities" at "-None-".
