Help with Circimstance Modifier

Hey everyone! As alot of people I am new and bullrushing my way through figuring out Hero Lab. I'm doing ok so far on alot of things but I am trying to figure out how to add a Circimstance Modifier for a Race i'm working on.

I've found in the help file that I use ModCirc but I dont know how to apply that to something. What I am trying to do is give a race a circimstance bonus to survival skill in the forest. Could be i'm just missing something simple...I do that alot.

Any help out there would probably allow me to sleep without breaking my keyboard. :)
