Help! User Content has vanished

So I recently installed and have been using the user created files for Eberron and FRCS they were working fine yesterday but now when I create a new hero or open an old one the user content box in The Change Settings window is greyed out and reads

(No User Source Defined).

What happened and what do I do to fix it?
 
Did you get any error messages while you were loading those characters or while you were loading the Pathfinder files themselves?

Assuming you did then on the window with the "Error Message" right click and select "Copy". Then you can past the full error message here. Without that we can't really help...
