Help! Pirate Warcasters

Ok, here's how the data file currently lists available warcasters for a given mercenary charter:

Any errors there? The mercenary charters just give me a headache trying to figure out what is or isn't legal. So, I'm turning to you all for some assistance.

The 4-star syndicate can't take Ashlynn, Magnus' agenda may only take Magnus, and the searforge commission can only take dwarves. Your Highborn Covenant and Talion charter lists were correct as far as I can tell, though.

For the rest of the book, everyone in the book may work for all 4 normal factions, the 4-Star Syndicate, the Highborn Covenant, and the Talion charter, except:

Phinneus Shae - Talion charter only
Commodore cannon - in a list with capt Shae, so talion charter only
Fiona - not protectorate
Lady Aiyanna & Master Holt - not cryx
Bosun grogspur - not highborn covenant (their rules don't allow trollkin)
dirty meg - not cryx

The warjacks are available to any of the mercenary charters except searforge.

Lord Rockbottom is the only unit from this book that is added to the Searforge commission.

The warjacks are the only units from this book added to Magnus' agenda.

Fiona the Black

While we are on the topic of pirate warcasters...Fiona can't be included in an army with Morrowan models.
I don't think I've run across anything with a Morrowan key word associated with it. Any clues as to any models/units with the Morrowan trait?

The precurser knights (the cygnar allies) are the only ones I know of.

I came across a site that maintains a list of units for each faction. Should be helpful answering this sort of question in the future.
