Help Needed - Cavalier Banner

My cav got to level 5 recently and I'm wanting to take the Fleet Standard banner instead of the base banner it gave me, but I'm having trouble finding the option to change that. I do have Chronicle of Legends, but there isn't an option in the cavalier or classes tab, or anywhere else I can find.

Any help?
