Help! I'm not that bright, *where* is the Downloader?

Its been a while since I used my Hero Labs software, so I didn't know about some of these recent developments. Like the addition of 4E core mechanics, where I can add my own content to it.

Now I am crazy excited by the Downloader concept, as I am a DDI subscriber.

Except I can't find this friggan Downloader. I'm ripping through the FAQ, the Drop Down Menu's, and all over the website.

Can someone point it out to me before I just throw my PC on the floor?

Unless I'm blind or stupid, it is not intuitively obvious. (I'm also excited).
 
I found the application file at the following on my computer:
C:\HeroLab\data\4e
I'm sure that you can find in a similar location on your computer. Oh, and it is named ddidownloader.
