Help Downloading!!!

Hello,

I had been using mutants and masterminds but just got the WOD. I keep trying to download the updates to access both and it keeps telling me a new version of hero lab is available for download. I select to download it and it tells me it already exsists and if I'd like to override. I do that then it just takes me back to where I was. it will not let me into WOD and when I click to update M and M, it shuts down like it is supposed to to update but never comes back up.

What am I doing wrong?

This sounds like something is messed up with your installation or - more likely - your security settings are blocking HL's ability to successfully update itself. I see that you've also submitted this issue to support, so I'll respond to that email and we can hopefully get this sorted out.
