Help Defing the "Container Power" with the Editor.

Has anyone defined a Powers Container with the Editor, and are you willing to share the file? If not, I need some help defining the Power to work similarly how the Device is defined, but without the extra options (Restricted Use, East to Lose, etc) that cost 5 PP/Rank, giving 5 PP/Rank for distribution, and that Flaws, Feats and Extras can be applied to the Container.
