Helm of Commandment

I am trying to give the Staff of Damnation and the Helm of Commandment to my vampire general. I get the "only one bound item per character" error. The problem is I can not find any evidence that supports that the Helm of Commandment is a bound spell item, It casts no spells. I think this is a bug. Thanks for the help.
 
Thanks for the reply, however I still am having trouble with this issue. I am using Armybuilder 3.1 and Warhammer 6/7 2.4. Is there a file I am missing?
 
Ahh, I found it. How do you incorporate it into your Army Builder program?I downloaded the "fix' and windows says it doesn't recognise the type of program. I realize I might be stepping on some toes but why isn't the patch part of the army file download? Is there something on the website explaining how to apply user uploads?
 
If the files are in a zip file, you have to extrat them to the X:\ArmyBuilderEX\data\wh6 folder

An army in Armybuilder have 2 files an Army.dat and an Army.aug ... the *.aug files are the frameset for the army, and the *.dat file is the raw data ...

if you download a *.dat or *.aug then move em to the X:\ArmyBuilderEX\data\wh6 folder and they should work
