M&M 3rd ed. Healing Action modifier

Went back about 4 pages to check if this had been mentioned, but couldn't see it.

The Action modifier under Healing seems to be absent. Was this erratered out for some reason or is it genuinely missing?

Which action modifier? Do you mean the Activation flaw? That's still there. The Increased Action flaw is greyed out (it's not appropriate) but it's still there.

The one from the Healing power itself, not the generic one. It's listed under Healing and starts...

MM Handbook Page 111 said:
Action: This extra reduces the action required ... <snip> ... +1 cost per rank

It's in both the DCA PDF and MM3 hardcopy.

I haven't made the move to 3E, so I can't check the book. Is the version under Healing different from the generic one or were they just pointing out that it was a useful Extra to have?

M&M3 doesn't have a generic (Reduce) Action Extra, only more specific ones (Reaction and Sustained), but Healing does have one.
