HC Promos

I just got the Spiderman and Batman Heroclix promos from a fellow player,
and when I went into cardvault to build an army with my new Batman, I found
it wasn't there. These two promos have been out longer than even the the HC
sets, and I see no reason as to why they shouldn't be in the datafiles by
now.
