Having an arror with an HLIF

HeroLab.exe has encountered an error and needs to close.

Please email a DESCRIPTION OF WHAT YOU WERE DOING, in as much detail as possible, along with this message, to support@wolflair.com. PLEASE NOTE: Unless you tell us what you were doing, we won't have enough information to fix this problem!

I have no clue what this means....
If anyone could help me with this problem it would be nice....
All I was trying to do is boot from the file but when hero labs open it gives me this error but if I open normally without the file it runs just fine....
 
When do you get this error? What action are you trying to do?
What type of machine are you running?

If you are on a Vista machine are you running in Admin mode?

We need a little info before we can help out.
