Having a problem with my program...

I have needed to install and uninstall the program on several occasions due to comp problems and now find myself in my newest dilemma. I try to activate my license and it tells me after I'm done that the license cannot be issued for 120 days, this will not do. I do not know why it isn't working right and really hope my 40 bucks hasn't been wasted. Is there anything you can do to rid me of this annoying issue, it would be enormously helpful considering I am in the middle of an escalation league at my local retailer and need to conveniently and quickly build my army.
