Have the folks at Lone Wolf considered adding some kind of tree-list view to the feat display in Hero Lab? The way that PCGen automatically arranges feats by feat prerequisites (for a quick example example, Improved Two-Weapon Fighting is shown attached to and indented with Two-Weapon Fighting, and Greater Two-Weapon Fighting is attached to and indented with Improved Two-Weapon Fighting) is a killer feature for me, especially since it's one of the few feasible ways to visually navigate the boatloads of feat listings that happen once you've input more than a couple of books as custom content.
 
Alternate modes of sorting feats and whatnot other than alphabetically (such as magic items by price) have been discussed, but they aren't a high priority at the moment.
