has anyone Made a Higher level character lately?

I am trying to make a level 14 character but it will not let me assign Level increase to attributes (they will not allow me to click on the drop down menu?)

Anyone else try?
 
I happen to be playing a level 13 Paladin, so I went and bumped him up to 14th and I got the drop-downs and assigned them normally.

Have you added any content recently?
 
LOL yes I have I am working Tinker Gnomes, Artificers, and a few others powers. I ctrl +r and after ctrl +c was able to get it working. Not sure what up but I will figure it out (hopefully just a fluke)
