That would need the company to license it to LW (or have some form of open license or SRD), and someone with the time to code everything. Being an entirely new system, I don't think you have any chance of that happening in HLO.
 
Agreed, yes its been around for decades, but never in HL. The way things have been with LW over the last few years I really don't see anything new being added, particularly when existing systems aren't being updated.
