Harlequin Wraithlords in AB

I've searched everywhere and cannot find the GW article that
includes Wraithliords in a Harlequin Army. The experimental
Harlequin Codex authorizes the use of Harlequin models as Elites in
Non-Harlequin Eldar armies, but has no mention of the Wraithlord.

Can someone please let me what article/book/magazine/rule/etc the
makers of AB referenced when they included it in their program. I
would very much like to include a D-Cannon toting Wraithlord as an
Elite choice in my Ulthwe army, but can't for lack of documentation.

Original Harlies where in CJ39, the addon with the Wraithlord came in
CJ44.
