Handaxe weight is wrong

Hi all

I'm pretty sure the weight of a handaxe in HeroLab is incorrect. Its coming up on my character sheet as 6 lbs, while the PHB lists it at 3lbs.

Thanks for the report. I've just fixed this, so it should be correct in
the next version of HL.
