I created a Halfling Oracle with the Clouded Vision curse, meaning up until level 5 he should have 30' of Darkvision.
However, the Halfling favored class bonus for Oracle is:
Add +1/2 to the oracle's level for the purpose of determining the effects of the oracle's curse ability.
I created the character at level 4, then added two of the above favored class bonuses. This should have made my effective level with regards to the impact of the curse level 5, giving me 60' of Darkvision. However this did not appear properly on the Background tab (or printed sheet) until I actually leveled to level 5.
Unless I did something wrong, it appears that maybe this favored class bonus is not properly being calculated?
