Half-Orc Scavenger Trait... what am I doing wrong?

I am at a loss. The Half-Orc ART Scavenger - does it add 2 to Appraise because I don't see it showing up under the skills tab. I added it to a Half-Orc Ranger and it shows 1 = +1 Rank + 2 Racial bonus. Last time I checked 1+2=3. Just sayin'. What am I doing wrong?

It's a bug, I've fixed it for next release. I future please report suspected bugs through the stickied thread at the top of the forums.
