Is it possible to create your own GROUP-ID value? This wod be me own user file?

I am trying to do like psionics and what to do a group-id for psionics has as well as something like the hasability for psionics.

The psionics has power points which would be something like the swashbuckler with the panache points. Same or similar type of model but I want to still habe the panache but I want to add the psionics.

Any info on that would be great.

I don't think that's possible - I think you are restricted to the Group Id's that are already defined. You can probably use the existing Id's for psionics, etc, just create you own powers (by copying powers/panache), etc and make sure that you have unique names and id's in your user file, and define your own source. Note that this is only for Classic.
You posted you message in the HLO forum - there's no editor in HLO.
