Grenade DC calculation is wrong

So I'm pretty sure grenade DC calculations are off. for example:

Frag Grenade mk 1
DC is supposed to be 10+ half item lvl + dex mod.

My character has a dex mod of 4 DC SHOULD be 15.
Hero Lab online is saying the DC is 14.

10 + half item lvl (1) + dex mod (4) = 15

you cant go under 1 when halving the item level.
 
There's a gear wheel on the upper right hand of the Hero Lab Online screen. Select it and then "Bug Report" and a form opens up that you can fill out. Else you can send your bug report or service need to support@wolflair.com.
