Glorious Reclamation Faction

How do I enable the Glorious Reclamation faction on a character? It's not listed in the list of factions with "Everything" enabled. I also the Hell's Vengeance content option enabled (note that I don't have the GM content purchased).
 
This is bugged - the faction was something that we mistakenly created, but then when we removed the faction, we didn't edit the item to remove the dependency on the faction. I've added this to our to-do list.
 
Thank you for confirming. Follow up question if you know. Will a patch be released for HLC to include this fix?
