Giant Template for Summoned Monsters

I've got the Summon Monster package and Companion #19 including the Monster Summoners Handbook, which includes Rod of Giant Summoning to add Giant Template to summons - but I can't see the Giant template as an option.

Is this missing at the moment or I am being dumb? I believe that I have made sure the right packages are activated on the summoned monster in the portfolio.
 
The Advanced simple template also seems to be missing as an option.

If you take the Dark Tapestry domain, you can add that to your summons 1/day.
 
Done. Also added description of missing options for Summon Guardian Spirit feat. (i.e. can't choose an improved familiar and can't apply a Guardian Spirit template).
 
I see Guardian Spirit as an option for a Summoned Monster, but not Giant - I have to uncheck the 'summoned monster' source, and add it as a template.
