Getting Pathfinder characters on the iPad with Hero Lab Play

I have the latest Hero Lab on my PC and Hero Lab Play on the iPad. How do I get my character onto the iPad from my PC? For the life of me I can't figure out how. :confused:

In the iPad app, on the screen where you're choosing the character to use, at the bottom, click "Help on Using Hero Lab"..."How to use Hero Lab"..."How do I move characters to my iPad".
