Getting a lot of errors

Hello my friends

I've been using herolab for some time now, and everything went fine, untill just now.

I use the World is Square House rule (no feat tax) and always worked. But now, i can still see it in the house rules, but it won't load whenever i make a character.
Also i bought the packages:
- Curse of crimson throne AP
- Summoner's sidekick
And whenever i want to import the files i get an error report and it won't work.
As you can imagine, this is very annoying.
I have herolab on my desktop and on my laptop, and bought devices are having the same problem.
For as far as i know it started after i imported the 'Book of the damned, blood of the coven, ...' update.

Anyone has any experience with this? A solution perhanps? I already e-mail support, but maybe i can get an answer here.

And whenever i want to import the files i get an error report and it won't work.

A copy of the error report would help the developers work out the problem.
