Gestalt Template problem

Hi,

I know that I have to make a new character class for a gestalt character that I'm playing. So, I am playing a Fighter/Ranger gestalt. I can set up almost everything but the fighters weapon training, and the rangers combat styles.

I've tried starting from scratch, I've tried to copy the fighter and adding things. But it never seems to have the weapon list for the weapon training ability, as it does when you select just a straight fighter.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there something I have to check?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
