Game of Thrones data!

Hello,

Game of Thrones has at last been updated! The new data files include the
Throne of Blades release, and all promo cards up to #14. "Rhakaro" has been
renamed :)

Work still needs to be done on the data - ToB is missing "keywords", for
starters.

Please let me know if you find anything else that needs doing.
