M&M 3rd ed. Gadget Guides Wide Array

Are there plans when the Gadget Guide stuff goes in to support the Wide Array concept from the Utility Guide in some fashion?

Note this is not the same as the old M&M 2e Wide Array (which was poorly balanced); it just allows you to treat normal Array slots more like Hero ultra slots (i.e. if you have two powers that use no more than the total array cost between them you can turn them both on, even if neither is a dynamic slot).
