Fulminating Spear

I have been trying to figure out where to go in order to add and equip the Fulminating Spear from Strength of Thousands AP. I have verified that I have purchased both the Strength of Thousands and the Player bundle that lists this AP and now I cannot figure out where to go to add the spear and equip it. I am sure I am missing something. Does anyone have any advice?
 
I'm seeing it in my Weapons table, so make sure the SoT source is turned on, and that you don't have anything hidden in the table (either Show Only Mundane Options or certain validations, since it's uncommon). Likely one of those is the cause
