Free Skill Ranks

Some PCs are undergoing a specific regimen of training at the end of which (if they make it) are going to be awarded some skills, which will be in class for them as well as a free rank in each.

How can I do this in Herolab?
 
On the "Other Adjustments" table on the Adjust tab, you can add the class skill adjustment, and you can either use the skill bonus adjustment to add bonuses to those specific skills or use the skill ranks, total adjustment to add ranks to the character that they can then spend on these skills.
