The Chosen unit for this formation isn't set up right.

They shouldn't have access to Chaos Rewards, Chaos Artefacts, Marks of
Chaos or Dedicated Transports or VotlW.

Additionally they _should_ have an Chosen Champion as part of the squad by default, with all the appropriate wargear options.

Without the Champ in there you can't use this formation currently.
