Flurry of Blows not working

Hello!

I am building a Pathfinder character for PFS play and seem to be having an issue with Flurry of Blows from the normal Monk class.

I create the base character, add monk level, and go to weapons, and add equipment set for Unarmed strike. When I check the box for 'Flurry' instead of giving 2 attacks with reduced attack bonus it instead gives me a +1 on my single unarmed strike.

This wasn't happening last week and the only change I have made to the data files is to install the D&D 5e update. I am not making a 5e character so I'm not sure if it is related.

I have tried disabling all resources but the basics and it still won't show correctly. Advice?

I posted here in the interim to see if something may have changed that I am unaware of or in case something was changed recently.

It is possible this is a knock-on effect of the attack bonus calculation changes I added last release.
