Flagbearer bonus

The conferred ability adjustment from the Flagbearer feat only gives the option for a +1. However, if the flagbearer has banner of the Ancient Kings, the morale bonuses from Flagbearer are doubled. Shouldn't the conferred ability adjustment allow the bonus to be adjusted to account for this?
