First Category Section

I have been a bit put off by this for quite some time, and I've just been dealing with it. But it's just a pain to have to keep coming up with first section topics when really all I want is a short descriptive bit of text before getting into the sections themselves. Since these are set up similar to a wiki, I would like the ability to have the same functionality thereof. A simple text box for just general information before hitting all the sections and snippets.

The first image shows how the Category and Section is set up, as an example.

Finally, here is what I mean, first some info, with the sections following afterwards (this is an example, assume what is there is just some text, and the first section follows it).

Similar to a wiki. Just go check out a wiki page and you'll find that there is always some general info text before you hit the sections.

I did very much the same thing; most of my topics really only require that summary, and titled tags work better as part of a larger section than in their own sub-section anyway. My advice would be that this structure should be standard for the official versions of categories.
