Files not appearing on update tool after purchase

I purchased the Behemoth Bundle for Pathfinder, and got an email confirmation, and then booted up HL. I re-licensed it, restarted the program, and the files were not in the update menu. I thought this topic would already be here, but I can't find it. I sent an email to support, but I figured I'd check here to see if there's an obvious step I'm missing. Any ideas?
 
Do you mean that when you look at the list of books to choose from when creating a character, the books you've purchased are still greyed out?
