Syntax error in 'bootstrap #1 condition' tag expression for Thing 'meFRRace'

What is the thing meFRRace what is the me
 
That is the mechanic for forgotten realms races as it tries to detect for humans and anything that the hero registers as human. It is used to detect if the racial special FRCS Region should be applied and I think some other things as well.
