FGG User Content/ FGGCPupdates.xml

This thread suggests that the update link no longer works, and FGG is no longer doing updates for their files. (This was 2015-2020, following errors appearing in files that people did have.)
Hopefully, you can find someone who still has files that they were able to fix.
