Feature Request: Scriptable / Customizable Tactical Console

I've seen other requests on the forum for updates to the functionality of the Tactical Console (such as tracking duration of effects). To increase the capabilities of the tactical console, could scripting and layout customization features be added? It would be great to be able to tweak / configure the layout and visible data as well as add custom features to it.
