[Feature Request] Option to bundle .USER file in a .POR

Wondering if you guys considered adding an option to package .USER files into a .POR.

If a newer version of a .USER file exists in the .POR file then can you prompt to import the newest .USER file?

If the .USER file does not exist prompt to import the .USER file.
