Feature Request: Multiple Hero Setting Defaults

Monkey God

Well-known member
I use Pathdinder more than any other rules set, whether the setting is fantasy, modern, future, or what have you. Having the comunity pack, several pathfinder packs, and a few I've created myself makes for a long list of things to check or uncheck every time I want to change realms or time periods. I would love to see the ability to set multiple defaults depending on which setting I plan to play.

Thanks in advance.

Easiest way is to just make a copy of system. Name it whatever your setting is and set the defaults for it.

What I do is to start with a blank character for each setting, do a Configure Hero and set all the boxes appropriately, and save it under the setting name. Then I can load the appropriate base and use Set/Use Defaults to work on each setting.

Those are both great options, and I have duped the setting for a couple of things. It just seems cluttered doing it either way, and a multiple default system, especially with the amount of content, both official and user created, would be more streamlined. I understand it may not be high on the priority list. I just thought I would throw it out there and see where it landed.
