Feature Request: Interactive Journal

I'm so, so desperate for the Edit Journal window to float and not inhibit other use of Hero Lab with the open portfolio. As a player using the Journal feature, the requirement to close the journal entry to interact with the rest of Hero Lab is very frustrating.

(And this sentence is because the post was too short and needs at least five characters. Of course, now it's so long that it's taking up a hundred times more space in the database. But what do I care, it's not my database?! :D)

I would also like to be able to sort it or at least have it automatically sort by game date.
