Feature Request - Gear List Output from Portfolio

As a GM, I build all of my encounters in Hero Lab with all encounter participants contained in the same portfolio file. I would love to be able to quickly generate a list of the gear carried by the creatures in the portfolio so I can easily share it with my players.

I envision something along the lines of the Statblock output - maybe with dialog options to choose all or part of the Heros in the portfolio, include or exclude coins, etc. - which would allow the export to different formatting (e.g., plain text, html, etc.) then it would just be a copy/paste option into an email or document to share with the group.

It would definitely be a quality of life type improvement for me, and I think perhaps useful for others as well.
 
Using HLs "Custom Output" feature sounds like the perfect solution to your issue. That would let you generate a html document that just contains gear for the selected portfolios. You can then easily send to your players or print to a PDF document.
