[Feature Request] Additional Powers

It would be nice if the personal tab allowed you to add additional powers to characters. Being able to add additional daily or encounter powers would be a nice feature to have for campaign customization.
 
And while I am thinking about this, Another feature that would be nice is a House Rule section for character creation rules that allows the user to take powers from other classes.
This is something that is briefly mentioned in the books as a DM prerogative thing, but Hero Lab does not incorporate it and as someone that does run this system as a Dungeon Master I would like this kind of feature in a future update.
