Would it be useful to include "preconstructed" decks within a datafile
download?

e.g. for star wars tcg, there are currently four preconstructed decks. I
think it would be useful to end users if these decks are automatically
installed when the datafiles are installed.

That's a good thought. B5ccg used to have a dedicated deck-builder
programme and that came with the preconstructed decks, which were often
useful.
