Feats not showing up

I am having some issues where I bought data packages but dont see feats from within them.

Specifically I purchased inner sea gods but cant find Deadly Aim and I purchased Ultimate Combat but cant find Clustered Shot.

Are those feats not added yet? Or am I missing something obvious?
 
Please double check that you have enabled those sources for the character in question. If they were made prior to gaining access to a package, they won't have the books on by default.
 
Deadly Aim is from the Core Rules so if that's not there I'm not sure what the issue is. Also if you just purchased the books did you reativate your license so it knows you have them now?
 
Also check that you've not filtered your feats and are set to show everything rather than just available ones.
