Feats from Packages Not Available?

This may be a noob question and if it is I apologize in advance. I was interested in adding some weapons from the Melee Tactics Toolbox to my character. I purchased the Pathfinder RPG Player Companion #18 which includes the Melee Tactics Toolbox. I received an email confirming my purchase. I also viewed my license and confirmed the package is enabled. I created a new character after reactivating my license and confirmed I could see the new weapons from the Melee Tactics Toolbox as available. However, when I opened a character I'd created before adding Melee Tactics Toolbox I noticed the new weapons were not available to be chosen for that character. I tried saving the older character thinking perhaps that might work but to no avail. How can I make content I purchase after creating a character available to that character? Or am I doing something wrong?
 
You must "configure your hero" (see the Portfolio menu in the desktop version) and enable the content.
