Feat that allows additional racial ability

Adding the additional racial ability isn't the problem, the catch is the wording of the feat.

Each ability comes with a benefit and a disadvantage. When you take the feat you only get the benefit. Is there a way to set this up? I was thinking about making the racial abilties with the benefits and then bootstrapping a helper ability with the disad and hoping there was a way I could set up a condition that wouldn't bootstrap it if it wasn't the first ability.

Is this possible?

Ok, ever custom racial ability comes in 2 parts, a benefit and a disadvantage. There is a feat that gives you an addtional selection of the custom racial ability, but you only get the benefit, not the disadvantage.

What I decided to do is make the benefit the secondary racial trait and the flaw the tertiary with the flaw having a prereqp of the benefit and the configurable is set that if the flaw total is > 1 they become optional. Kind of roundabout but I think it's the only way I'll be able to pull it off.
