Feat Pre-Req Help - Ninja weapons and Styles

Need help with setting up a pre-req for a Ninja style feat.

Here is the pre-req:
proficiency with 3 Kakute-Ryu-Ninjutsu weapons

These are a custom weapon list in the 3PP. Some of the weapons are in the Ninja list, but some aren't.

How do I ensure the character is proficient in the weapon list, and use this as a pre-req? Is there another feat or ability that does something similar?
